Stacy Stevens joined Contiem in January 2021 as a result of the acquisition of InfoPros. She served as Senior Director of Client Services before her promotion to VP, Professional Services in January 2024.
Prior to InfoPros, Ms. Stevens worked in a variety of roles at LTC Language Solutions, from Language Training Manager to Director of Operations, and held responsibilities such as creating programs for new language students and developing operational strategies to improve quality, profit, efficiency, and overall client experience.
Ms. Stevens received a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and Portuguese from Purdue University and a Master’s degree in Literacy and Second Language Studies from the University of Cincinnati. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor from Purdue University and a Teaching License in Secondary Education and Teaching English from Indiana Wesleyan University.
